What happens in a session?

Fifty minutes, one to one, online, starting on the hour with ten minutes afterwards for notes and a break. Practical conversation, feedback and material chosen for you, followed by a short recap and independent practice discussed next lesson. Intensive also includes reviewed written or voice work.

Can I move a lesson?

Yes, outside the notice window in the policies. Your credit moves with you; it is never used twice.

What if Carolina cancels?

Your credit is restored immediately and she will offer replacement times.

Does the 12-week foundation require three months of payments?

No. It is an initial personalized learning foundation, not a payment term or a promise of fluency by a date. Essential remains monthly; six- and twelve-month plans keep their existing discounted rates. Recurring plans include four lessons per billing month.

What happens in a month with five weeks?

Your plan includes four lessons each billing month, usually one a week. Some months have a fifth week: treat it as a rest week. Your four lessons and your price stay the same.
