Booking and billing policies
The rules below are enforced by the system, not by argument.
Rescheduling
You can move a session yourself up to 24 hours before it starts. Inside that window the credit is spent and the slot is held for you.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the credit returns to your balance. Later cancellations use the credit.
Minimum notice
New bookings must start at least 12 hours from now.
Booking horizon
You can book up to 60 days ahead.
Billing
Plans renew monthly through Stripe. If a payment fails you keep access for a 7-day grace period while the card is retried; booking pauses after that.
Teacher cancellation
If Carolina cancels, the credit is restored automatically and the cancellation is recorded.
