Booking and billing policies
Booking windows and lesson credits are separate from subscription billing. Lessons last 50 minutes and start on the hour, leaving ten minutes for notes and a break.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule until 24 hours before the lesson, including exactly 24 hours beforehand. Later changes are not available; the credit remains used.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson, including exactly 24 hours beforehand, and one credit returns to your balance. Later cancellations use the credit.
Minimum notice
New bookings must start at least 24 hours from now.
Booking horizon
You can book up to 60 days ahead.
Billing
Recurring plans renew monthly through Stripe. Payment recovery, pause, rollover and commitment enforcement are still under review; no automatic booking pause or grace-period protection is promised in this preview.
Teacher cancellation
If Carolina cancels, the credit is restored automatically and the cancellation is recorded.
Five-week months
Your plan includes four lessons each billing month, usually one a week. Some months have a fifth week: treat it as a rest week. Your four lessons and your price stay the same.
